Controller

Until a legal entity name is published, KickassTV is the trading name of the operator of this website. Contact routes are listed on the contact page.

Data we process

  • Account data: email, name if provided, password hash, email verification status.
  • Order data: plan, requested username, buyer email, payment status from BTCPay.
  • Provisioned line details stored so you can see credentials in the account dashboard.
  • Support communications sent via Telegram (support is not offered by email).
  • Technical logs needed to run the site and prevent abuse (IP-related security controls on the API).

Purposes and lawful bases

We process data to create and run your subscription (contract), keep the service secure (legitimate interests), and meet legal record-keeping duties. Marketing emails are not sent. Transactional email is sent from [email protected] for: email verification, password reset, purchase confirmation with credential delivery, and renewal reminders.

Payments

Bitcoin invoices are created with BTCPay. We do not collect card numbers. BTCPay processes payment information as an independent payment processor.

Processors

Depending on the order, data may be sent to BTCPay (payments) and the XUI panel used to create your viewing line. Telegram processes messages you send to support. This website is delivered through Cloudflare (network security and caching, processing IP-related request data), and pages load fonts from Google Fonts (Google receives your IP address and browser user agent for font delivery). Account area pages use browser local storage for essential sign-in tokens.

Cookies

The marketing pages do not load analytics or advertising pixels. Logged-in account sessions use essential storage in your browser (local storage, not cookies). See the Cookie Policy.

Retention

Account, order and line records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and handle refunds or abuse. A numeric retention schedule will be published when the operator sets it.

International transfers

Infrastructure and processors may be located outside your country. We only transfer what is needed to fulfil an order or support request.

Security

Passwords are hashed. Access to admin tools is restricted. No website can promise absolute security.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of, or objection to processing of your account data through support. If you are in the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

The service is not offered to anyone under 18.
