Last updated: 27 August 2026. These terms apply to kickasstvportal.xyz and the KickassTV subscription service.
Who we are
The service is offered under the trading name KickassTV. A legal entity name, company number and registered address will be published here when supplied by the operator. Do not treat missing company details as a completed filing.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Subscriptions are for personal use. Sharing login details is not allowed.
- You are responsible for using the service in line with the laws that apply to you.
Plans and payment
Retail plans are prepaid for a fixed length. They do not auto-renew. Self-serve payment is Bitcoin through BTCPay. Extra simultaneous connections are arranged through support and are not created by the standard Bitcoin checkout.
Activation
After Bitcoin payment is confirmed, a line is provisioned automatically. If you checkout with the same email as your KickassTV account, credentials and the M3U playlist appear in your dashboard.
Service availability
We aim for reliable streams. 100% uptime is not promised. Maintenance, upstream feed changes and your own internet connection can affect viewing. Channel lineups can change.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, resell (unless you have a reseller agreement), attack or scrape the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Intellectual property
KickassTV branding and this website’s design are protected. Channel names in the directory describe feeds in the package; they are not a claim that KickassTV is an official broadcaster or licensed distributor.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, KickassTV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Refunds
If the service cannot be made operational on a supported device after reasonable troubleshooting by our support team, refund eligibility is assessed according to our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is the detailed rule.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in force.

Support is provided via Telegram — open the contact page to reach us. We do not offer email support. Transactional emails (verification, password reset, purchase confirmation, credential delivery, renewal reminders) are sent from [email protected] and replies to that address are not monitored.
